Highlights:
1.50-Inch Bending Capacity: This sheet metal brake is designed to bend metal sheets up to 50 in wide with bending angles ranging from 0° to 135°. Perfect for large custom fabrication projects.
2.Versatile Material Compatibility: Our box and pan brake supports various materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Capable of bending 16 gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel sheets with ease.
3.Modular Bending Dies: Equipped with 16 segment fingers (2"" x 4 pcs, 3"" x 6 pcs, 4"" x 6 pcs) that can be freely combined for segmented bending. The sheet metal bender is ideal for fabricating complex structures such as electrical enclosures, instrument housings, and ventilation ducts.
4.Effortless and Stable Operation: The sheet metal bender features a single balancing hammer that ensures secure clamping, reducing the force required for bending and improving overall efficiency. Pre-drilled holes in the base allow for easy mounting on a workbench or floor to prevent shifting.
5.Easy Operation: It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to clamp it securely. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Manual angle adjustment is required, and be aware that all metal bending experiences springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).

Sheet Metal Brake for Rapid Batch Bending
Bend metal like a pro with this 50-inch sheet metal brake. Ideal for workshops, the box and pan brake handles 16 gauge steel, supports multiple materials, and features modular fingers for complex bends—easy to use, stable, and built for precision bending.
The box and pan brake handles mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper with ease. Bends 16-gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel in a single pass—no need to swap between machines for different jobs.
The sheet metal bender includes 16 removable fingers in multiple sizes that can be freely arranged to avoid obstructions on the workpiece. Ideal for forming floor reinforcement channels, corrugated truck beds, bed headers, and inner fenders.
Enhanced with a balancing weight to offset the force during clamping, minimizing deformation—an upgrade over standard brakes. Bolt it down to your workbench to ensure steady, accurate bends.
Always wear goggles, non-slip gloves, and safety shoes before operating the metal bending brake. Stand to the side during bending to avoid injury from springback. For larger sheets, team up with a partner for secure handling.
